What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal. Please note that we only accept payment over the phone at this time - (503) 793-3444.

How long does it take to get a bike?

All bikes have a 1 to 2 week lead time once the order is confirmed.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do. Please contact us for total shipping costs.

Do you sell your bikes at bike shops?

We do not. We only sell direct at this time.

Can my kid demo one of your bikes?

We currently do not have any demo bikes; however, we do have bikes for rent at Summit Sport in Whistler, BC, and at Highland Bike Park in New Hampshire, U.S.A.
